Financial Representative Interns

Adam Cox

College Unit Director

Adam Cox became a Financial Representative in 2005 after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He originally hails from Manteno and currently lives in Gilberts with his wife Shawna and dog Boji. Adam is a College Unit Director and Mentor in the office, where he helps coach and train new representatives and interns build their practices. He also maintains an extensive clientele of his own.

Gregg Dunkel

Financial Representative

Gregg Dunkel came to Northwestern Mutual after being referred by a representative in another location. Gregg’s prior career was in sales and product management in the metals and plastics industry. He is originally from Pennsylvania, but has now lived in Crystal Lake for ten years. He is married to Sarah and they have two children: Stephanie and Eddie.

Kurt Eltvedt

Financial Representative

Kurt Eltvedt joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1998 and feels fortunate to be in the position to help others prepare for their future every day. He lives in Cary with wife, Vikki, and their beautiful daughter, Tyler. Apart from work, Kurt Eltvedt enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golfing.

Cesar Fuentes

Financial Representative

After many years in real estate, Cesar has changed careers to further impact individuals and families with financial services.  Cesar and his family live in Huntley.

Greg Imhoff

Financial Representative

Greg Imhoff became a Financial Representative in 1999 after earning an economics degree from Eastern Illinois University. He grew up in the Crystal Lake area and, although he has been living in Chicago for a few years, he plans on eventually making his home in McHenry County. Greg enjoys all sports, traveling, being outdoors along with his involvement on the KIC-Luekemia board.

 

Tim Joos

Financial Representative

Tim Joos was a College Financial Representative for two years until he recently graduated from University of Kentucky with a Finance degree. Tim is very involved in serving others. He recently returned from a mission trip to Haiti where he was one of a group of individuals digging trenches for the villages water supply. He is very active and loves helping people. Tim resides in Crystal Lake and enjoys football, golf, working out and loves to learn new things.

Julie Kyle

Financial Representative

Julie Kyle was introduced to Northwestern Mutual Financial Network by Wendy Spizzirri, a Field Director with The Kratochvil Group. Julie spent the last ten years of her career working for a local corporate and estate planning law firm. She is a graduate of DePaul with a Business Administration degree and currently resides in Pingree Grove. Julie is married to Luke and they have three children: Payton, Liam and Gavin. She loves spending time with family and being outdoors.

 

Chad LaMont

Financial Representative

Chad LaMont started working at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an Intern in his last semester of college. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in May 2008 and became a Financial Representative. Chad has worked many years for his family business in truck and trailer sales. Chad lives in Lake Villa and enjoys racing cars and snowboarding in his spare time.

Ryan Lay

Financial Representative

Ryan Lay was a College Financial Representative for two years and recently went full-time when graduating from Illinois State University. Ryan has always been an active runner, in both cross-county and track. He enjoys umpiring baseball games on the side, along with running when he can. Ryan resides in McHenry.

Koryne Master joined Northwestern Mutual upon graduating from Western Illinois University with a degree in Business. She resides in Woodstock and enjoys meeting new people to introduce them to our company and our Top Ten Internship, along with Financial Representative career.

 

Phil Meyers

Financial Representative

Phil joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network upon graduating from Northern Illinois University. Growing up in the small town of Prophetstown, IL, DeKalb wasn't much of a difference. He now resides there with his wife Ashley, daughter Lexi and son Jax, along with their two dogs. Phil enjoys golf, football and being with his family.

Wendy Spizzirri, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTC

Field Director

Wendy Spizzirri first became involved with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1998 as a college intern. After graduating from Knox College, she became a full-time Financial Representative and has enjoyed having a positive impact on the lives of her clients and their families. Wendy lives in South Elgin with husband, Dave, their sons, Mathew and Alex, and their Golden Retriever, Clayton. Aside from family and her business, Wendy is an avid golfer. 

Thomas Stock, CLU®, ChFC®

Financial Advisor

Thomas Stock has been a Financial Representative for more than 21 years. He is married to Julie, and the couple has three children: Caitlin, Jillian and Dan.  In his spare time, Thomas Stock enjoys golfing with good friends and new acquaintances. He is a Charter Member in the Lake in the Hills Rotary Club, a Past Chairman of the Board of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the Village of Lake in the Hills.
